Playing Lootbeez Safely and Fairly

Our full advice on age, fair play, scams, privacy, healthy play habits, paid challenges and how to report problems in Lootbeez.

Coins are game points

Lootbeez does not sell anything and you never need to pay to play. Coins, diamonds, crystals, pearls and items cannot be bought, sold or turned into money. There is no withdraw feature and nothing in the game pays out money. If someone offers to sell you coins, says you can earn money in the game, or asks you to pay to join, it is a scam. Please tell us.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play, and players under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission. Parents and guardians are welcome to read the Terms and the Privacy Policy with their children. Paid challenges are only for players aged 18 and above, and you confirm your age before you can use them.

Paid challenges and the Lucky Draw

The Lucky Draw is free and nothing is staked. Paid challenges use game coins as stakes, and you can lose the coins you stake. Targets are hard on purpose and most players do not win. Please never stake coins that you need, do not try to win back losses, and stop as soon as it stops being fun. The coins have no cash value, so there is nothing to win in the real world.

Fair play

One person, one account. Bots, auto-clickers, scripts, recordings played into the microphone, emulators, hacking and exploiting bugs are not allowed. Do not fake ad views or make fake accounts for invite bonuses. If you find a bug, please report it in Help & Support: we are happy to thank people who help. Breaking the rules can lead to removed rewards or a ban. If you think a ban was a mistake, write to us with the subject "Appeal". The Fair Play Rules page has the full list.

Your privacy

Voice mining only measures how loud your microphone is, on your device. Audio is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere. We do not collect your contacts, photos, files, exact location, phone number or bank details. We store only a scrambled form of your IP address. You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Data & Privacy. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Your username, avatar, level and rank can be seen by other players. Your email address cannot. Choose a username that does not reveal more than you want to share, and do not put private details in your bio.

Avoiding scams

Healthy play

Games are meant to be fun. Take a break every now and then, drink some water, and do not let a game take time from sleep, school, work or family. The energy bars in Lootbeez are there to make the pace relaxed: when a bar is empty, it is a good moment to do something else.

Voice mining means speaking aloud. Do it in a place where you are comfortable and where you do not disturb other people, and never while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

If you feel that you spend too much time or money-like effort on a game, talk to someone you trust. Switching the game off is always a good option, and you can delete your account at any time.

For parents and guardians

Reporting a problem

Use Help & Support in the game for bugs, cheaters, abuse and questions. For a security problem, see the Security page. For complaints, see the Contact & Grievances page. We answer as fast as we can, and we do not punish people who report problems in good faith.
