Coins, diamonds and items are earned in the game only. Because you never pay us, there is nothing to refund.
In-game purchases
Things bought with coins or diamonds are final once delivered. If something you bought did not arrive, contact support and we will check and fix it.
Mistakes on our side
If we give or take coins by mistake, we may correct your balance.
