Levels, XP and Prestige: How Your Lootbeez Level Grows
How XP works in Lootbeez, the XP needed for every level from 1 to 20, how your level speeds up voice mining, and what Prestige does when you reach level 20.
Two kinds of progress
Lootbeez tracks your progress in two separate ways. Coins measure your wealth, and they move you from one World to the next. XP (experience points) measures how much you have played, and it raises your level. The two grow together, but they are not the same thing: spending coins never lowers your XP, and your level never costs you coins.
Your level goes from 1 to 20. It is shown on the Home screen beside your name, and a bar under it shows how much XP you still need for the next level.
Where XP comes from
Most XP comes from voice mining. Every second that you speak gives about half an XP at the start, and the same multipliers that raise your XP also raise your coins: your level, the Mining Rig, the Dolphin pet and Prestige. A full 30-minute mining session therefore gives around 900 XP for a new player and more later on.
Some other things give XP too: a few achievements, the level-up chests and some rewards. Coins from Mine cards, games and offers do not give XP, so voice mining stays the main road to a higher level.
World speed, Ocean Areas, Turbo and events multiply your coins but not your XP. This keeps levels fair: a player in World 8 and a player in World 1 need the same time of speaking to reach the same level.
XP needed for every level
Each level needs more XP than the one before. Reaching level 20 takes 113,400 XP in total. The list shows the total XP at which each level starts and the voice mining speed it gives.
- Level 1: where everyone starts, voice mining x1.00
- Level 2: 300 XP in total (300 more than level 1), voice mining x1.05
- Level 3: 750 XP in total (450 more than level 2), voice mining x1.10
- Level 4: 1,400 XP in total (650 more than level 3), voice mining x1.15

What a higher level gives you
Each level makes voice mining faster. Level 10 mines 52 percent faster than level 1, and level 20 mines two and a half times as fast. Because the bonus multiplies every spoken second, it is one of the strongest bonuses in the game over a long time.
Every new level also opens a level-up chest with a small gift, and a short screen shows what changed. All features of the game are open from level 1, so you never have to grind a level just to try something.
How long it takes
With one full mining session a day, most players reach level 5 in their first few days and level 10 in about two weeks. The last levels take longer, because they need between 10,000 and 18,000 XP each. Players who mine two or three times a day, when the energy bar is full again, move about twice as fast.
Prestige: starting again, stronger
When you reach level 20, the Prestige button opens. Prestige sends your level and XP back to level 1, and in return you get a permanent bonus: voice mining becomes 10 percent faster for every Prestige, forever. You also receive 250,000 coins and 100 diamonds each time.
You can Prestige up to ten times. At Prestige 10 voice mining is twice as fast as it would be without it, and this stacks with your level bonus. A level 20 player at Prestige 10 mines five times as fast as a brand-new player, before any other bonus.
What you keep when you Prestige
- Your coins, diamonds, crystals and pearls.
- Your Mine cards, pets, base buildings, Ocean Areas and the Vault.
- Your World and everything you unlocked in it.
- Your collection and encyclopedia.
- Your place on the leaderboards: they count lifetime XP, which includes the XP from before each Prestige.
- Your Season Pass progress for the current season.
Only your level and the XP bar start again. The game asks you to confirm before it happens, so you cannot Prestige by mistake.
Should you Prestige right away?
Usually yes. Going from level 20 back to level 1 lowers your level bonus for a while (from x2.50 to x1.00), but the Prestige bonus is permanent and the early levels come back quickly. If a big mining event is running, finish the event first at level 20 and Prestige afterwards, so you do not lose speed while the event bonus is high.
